SUGGESTED APPLICATION*: New Plantings. Just sprinkle Granular Time Release Fertilizer into aquatic soil media when planting new pond plant starters. Best to incorporate in the aquatic soil media - not as a top dress application. Apply 1 tsp (8gm) for 2-4" aquapots and 1 TBSP (18 gm) for 5-6" pots or 1 gallon size pots. Apply 2 TBSP for every 1 ft. of plant spread of Island Floating Planter media.

Some sensitive pond plants may require 1/2 dosage rates. Some plant species like Lotus, Iris, etc. may require more.

No other fertilizer feeding for 5-6 months. Use our other fertilizers for follow-up feeding. Our Granular Time Release Fertilizer is the perfect solution for pond owners that want to see their plants healthy, happy, and blooming throughout the entire season.

For best results we recommend you mix the Granular Time Release Fertilizer with some of our other brands of fertilizer to ensure your plants get an initial kick of nutrients as well as the continued benefit of the Granular Time Release Fertilizer.

Slow release feeding.
